Who We Are
Tai Phat Precision (Công ty TNHH Tài Phát) was founded in 2007 in Hanoi, Vietnam. Since then we have grown into a team of ~40 people — across machining, engineering, quality and administration — running 21 CNC machines: 10 turning centres and 11 milling centres, across a ~1,500 m² workshop, with capacity for up to 110,000 precision parts a month. We are a precision machining company specialising in CNC turning and milling of precision components, supported by an in-house engineering team that designs jigs, fixtures and tooling for manufacturing.
Our work centres on precision parts — particularly for the electronics sector — and on flexible, high-mix production for customers who value accuracy, responsiveness and reliable delivery. We also serve as a production partner for trading companies and OEMs that outsource machined parts. Our customers include manufacturers in the EU (Netherlands, Germany) as well as domestic Vietnamese partners.
Our mission is to be the precision-machining partner our customers rely on — combining engineering capability, tight tolerances, and dependable delivery. What sets us apart: in-house fixture and jig design in Siemens NX; a broad set of in-house processes — turning, milling, precision grinding, wire EDM, laser cutting and TIG/laser welding under one roof; a flexible shop that handles diverse, high-mix orders; in-house metrology; and a clear order process from drawing review to delivery.

Quality is controlled end to end: IQC, IPQC and OQC, backed by CMM and surface metrology.
