Frequently Asked Questions

Quotes & orders

What's your minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed minimum. We machine single pieces and prototypes as well as repeat production runs. For very small quantities, setup time dominates the price — so one piece is not one-tenth the price of ten.

How fast can I get a quote?

Typically 48–72 hours from receiving a complete drawing package. Complex assemblies or parts needing outsourced processes can take longer, and we'll tell you if so.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF drawings plus STEP or IGES 3D models are ideal. We also work from DWG and DXF. Send one file per submission (max 25 MB) — if you have several, zip them together. A 3D model alone without a dimensioned drawing means we have no tolerances to quote against.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Ask before you send files and we'll sign one first.

How do you price a part?

Material, machining time, number of setups, tooling, any outsourced process, inspection requirement, and quantity. If a single tolerance or feature is driving the price, we'll point it out — sometimes a 0.01 mm change on a non-functional dimension saves real money.

Capabilities & materials

What tolerances can you hold?

±0.01 mm as standard, ±0.005 mm on request where the feature and material allow. Surface finish is Ra 1.6 as-machined, down to Ra 0.4 through our in-house precision grinding on suitable features — straight round parts up to Ø40 mm, or flat faces. Send the drawing and we'll confirm feature by feature.

What materials do you machine?

Aluminium, stainless steel, carbon and engineering steels, brass, copper, titanium (including post-heat-treatment) and engineering plastics (PEEK). See our materials pages.

Do you do anodising, plating or heat treatment?

Not in-house. We coordinate these through a controlled partner network, inspect the parts on return, and remain your single point of contact and accountability.

Do you have 5-axis machining?

No. Our milling is 3-axis and 4-axis. We'll say so at quote stage rather than accept a part we can't make well.

How big a part can you machine?

Turning up to ~Ø300 mm in the chuck (Okuma LB300); all chuck-type (no bar feed). Milling depends on the machine — our largest single envelope is 1,000 × 600 × 600 mm, and one machine takes part lengths up to 1,050 mm. See the per-machine table.

Can you make the fixture too?

Yes. We design jigs and fixtures in Siemens NX and machine them in our own workshop, including assembly and inspection fixtures for our customers' production lines.

Quality & certification

Do you supply inspection reports?

Yes, on request. Tell us at order stage which features you want measured and we'll agree the report format before we start.

Are you ISO 9001 certified?

Not yet. Our quality system is built around ISO 9001 and certification is in progress. We'll publish the certificate as soon as it is issued.

Shipping, hours & visits

Can you ship to Europe?

Yes — we already supply customers in the Netherlands and Germany. We work with your forwarder or arrange shipping, and we supply the commercial documentation needed for export.

What are your working hours?

6:00 to 22:00, and 24/7 during peak periods. We're in Hanoi (UTC+7) — European customers' morning is our afternoon.

Can we visit the factory?

Yes. We're in Cầu Gáo Industrial Zone, Đan Phượng, about an hour from central Hanoi. Email or call ahead and we'll arrange it.
