Mechanical Sub-Assembly
We don't just hand over loose parts — we can deliver machined components as finished mechanical sub-assemblies, ready to drop into your line. Because assembly happens in the same shop that machined the parts, fit issues are caught and corrected at source rather than discovered by you on arrival.
What We Do In-House
- Thread inserts — Helicoil / Recoil / threaded inserts fitted after machining, for strong, reusable threads in aluminium and softer alloys.
- Pressing — dowel-pin pressing for precise location, and bushing/bearing pressing, using controlled press tooling.
- Sealing prep — thread-locker application and simple O-ring fitting when we supply a sub-assembly.
- Concentricity & fit checks — assembled sub-assemblies are checked for runout/concentricity and correct fit before they ship.
- In-house welding — TIG and laser welding for joining machined components within a sub-assembly.
Welding — Honest Scope
We run TIG and laser welding in-house for joining and sub-assembly work. For certified structural welding to EN/ISO welder-qualification standards (WPS/PQR, coded welders), we'll tell you where that's required and coordinate accordingly — we don't overstate what our in-house welding covers.

What We Coordinate or Leave to You
Full integrated machine assembly (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic power) is typically done on your line or by a specialist — we supply the finished mechanical sub-assembly. We'll always be clear at quote stage about where our scope ends.
Quality Control
Sub-assemblies are inspected the same way as individual parts — dimensional and fit checks in-house, with CMM verification on critical features.
Parts That Arrive Assembled and Checked
Fewer suppliers, fewer hand-offs, and parts that arrive assembled and checked — not a box of components to sort out yourself.
