From Prototype to Production
Not every job is the same size. We work with customers from a single prototype through to repeat production runs — and we're honest about where we fit best: high-mix, precision work in low-to-medium volume, with useful parallel capacity on small turned parts across four identical Okuma Genos L250 lathes.
Rapid Prototyping
Single pieces and small first batches, machined from your drawing so the prototype is made the same way the production part will be — same process, same material, real data before you commit to a run. Quotes typically in 48–72 hours.
Low-Volume & High-Mix Production
Our core strength. Small batches, frequent revisions and mixed part families are exactly the work a shop our size does well — quick setups, close attention to each part, and an engineer who reviews the drawing before we cut. Ideal for machine builders, automation integrators and R&D teams.
Jig, Fixture & Tooling Manufacture
We design and build the workholding and fixtures that make precision parts repeatable — including specialised fixtures for electric-motor manufacturing (lamination stacking, bonding, winding). This in-house tooling capability is part of why our own production stays consistent, and we build fixtures for customers' lines too.

Higher-Volume Turned Parts
For small round components — pins, shafts, spacers, fittings — our four identical Okuma Genos L250 lathes let us run the same part in parallel for useful throughput. (We scope volume honestly: send your quantity and we'll tell you straight whether it's a good fit for us or better suited to a mass-production house.)
Contract Manufacturing (OEM/ODM)
Ongoing supply against your drawings and specifications, with consistent quality control and a single point of contact. NDA before quoting on request.
One Shop for the Whole Life-Cycle
One shop covering the whole life-cycle — prototype, tooling, and production — so the part that ships at volume is the same part you validated as a prototype.
