Quality Control — IQC, IPQC, OQC & In-House CMM

Precision only counts if it's verified. We control quality at every stage — from incoming material to the finished part — and we measure on our own metrology equipment, in our own building, so nothing depends on an outside lab's schedule.

Inspection

Inspection at Every Stage

  • Incoming (IQC) — raw material and parts returning from finishing partners are checked against spec before they enter or re-enter production.
  • In-process (IPQC) — operators verify critical dimensions during machining, with a first-article check on every new setup, so a problem is caught on part 1, not part 100.
  • Outgoing (OQC) — finished parts are measured against the drawing before they ship.
Metrology

In-House Metrology

  • Accretech CVA800A — coordinate measuring machine (CMM), for first articles, critical dimensions and any feature the drawing flags as controlled.
  • Mitutoyo Quick Vision Apex — vision measuring system for small and fine features.
  • Accretech SUR1500 — surface profile and roughness tester.
  • Full set of hand metrology: micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore/pin gauges, gauge blocks, thread gauges.

How We Use the CMM

We measure first articles, critical dimensions and drawing-flagged features on the CMM — the places where accuracy actually matters — rather than claiming to CMM-scan every part of every batch. It's an honest, effective approach: measurement focused where it counts.

Export Buyers

Documentation for Export Buyers

A dimensional inspection report — including CMM data and first-article (FAI) results — is available on request. Tell us at order stage which features you need reported and we'll agree them up front, so the documentation matches your incoming-inspection requirements. We can also supply material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) sourced with the material when required.

Buyer Benefit

Proof the Part Meets the Drawing

Measurement in-house means faster feedback, tighter control, and a supplier who can prove the part meets the drawing — not just say it does.
