Machined Parts & Tooling for Industrial Machinery & Automation
Machine builders and automation integrators live in high mix: small batches, frequent revisions, and a mix of structural and functional parts that all need to be right. That's exactly the work Tai Phat Precision is built for — quick setups, an engineer who reviews the drawing before we cut, and comfort with everything from a single prototype to repeat production.
What We Machine
- Brackets, base plates & mounting plates — structural parts, milled flat and true.
- Housings & enclosures — for machine and automation assemblies.
- Shafts, bushings & bearing components — turned and ground for fit and concentricity.
- Jigs, fixtures & tooling — the workholding and automation tooling that makes a line repeatable, designed in Siemens NX and built in-house.
Why Teams Choose a Shop Like Ours
- High-mix is our normal week — 21 CNC machines let us split a mixed order across machines instead of queuing it behind one long run.
- Drawing review before we cut — a mechanical engineer checks the drawing and flags problems (tolerances, features, material) before metal is cut, so issues are caught on paper, not on part 100.
- Prototype to production — one-offs, first articles and repeat runs, from the same shop, so the production part matches the prototype you validated.
- Tooling under one roof — because we design and build fixtures, we can supply the workholding alongside the parts.
Materials We Machine
Full range — aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper, carbon and engineering steels, titanium, PEEK. Machining after heat treatment available.
Quality Control
First-article, in-process and outgoing inspection; critical and drawing-flagged features on the in-house CMM; concentricity/runout checks on rotating parts.
