Surface Finishing — Coordinated & Quality-Checked
Most machined parts need a surface finish before they're ready to use. Rather than send you off to find separate finishing vendors, we coordinate it for you: one order, one point of contact, and every finished part inspected in our shop when it comes back (incoming quality control) before it continues or ships. You deal with us — not with a chain of subcontractors.
In-House Laser Marking
Part numbers, logos, data-matrix codes and traceability marks, laser-marked in-house on our 35 W fibre marker. Because it's done here, marking is fast, precise and doesn't add an external hand-off to your lead time.
Coordinated Through Our Finishing Partners
- Anodising (incl. colour/dyeing) — for aluminium: corrosion resistance, wear, appearance.
- Plating — including hard-chrome plating for wear and corrosion.
- Heat treatment / nitriding — hardness and surface durability.
- Powder coating & painting — durable coloured/protective finishes.
- Polishing — improved surface appearance and roughness.
- Sandblasting / bead blasting — uniform matte texture and surface preparation.
These are performed by finishing specialists we've worked with over time; we manage the routing, timing and quality on your behalf.
How We Control Quality on Coordinated Work
Every part is inspected on return (IQC) against the drawing before it moves on. Any non-conformance is caught in our shop and addressed immediately — you don't receive a finishing defect that slipped through an unmanaged vendor.
