10 chuck-type CNC turning centres — Okuma LB300 ×2, Okuma Genos L250 ×4, Okuma LCS-25, Mori Seiki CL2000 ×2 and Techno Wasino J-3. Four identical Genos L250 lathes run the same part in parallel on repeat orders; the LB300s take the larger diameters, up to ~Ø300 mm.

11 machining centres, 3-axis and 4-axis — Taikan T-500s ×4, Okuma MB-56VA ×2, Hision VMC850II ×2, Hision VMC1000II, Mazak Nexus 410A and Mori Seiki NV5000. High-mix orders are split across machines instead of queued behind one long run.

CNC Milling

Surface grinding (Okamoto ACC-52DX) and centreless grinding (Palmary PC-12S, Ø1–40 mm), fibre laser cutting (Bodor A3, 2 kW), molybdenum wire EDM (Baoma BM500), and TIG and laser welding. Keeping these in-house means parts don't leave the building between operations.

Specialised in-house processes

An independent metrology room, established in 2023, with an Accretech CVA800A CMM, a Mitutoyo Quick Vision Apex vision measuring system and an Accretech SUR1500 surface roughness tester — plus a full set of hand gauging. First articles, critical dimensions and drawing-flagged features are measured here, under our own roof.

Quality Control

Part numbers, logos and traceability marks are laser-marked in-house on a 35 W fibre marker, so marking doesn't add an external hand-off to your lead time.

Machined parts are put together as mechanical sub-assemblies — thread inserts, pin and bushing pressing, fit and concentricity checks — and the jigs and fixtures we design in Siemens NX are built and proven on real parts before release.

Assembly Jigs & fixtures

Finished parts are inspected, packed, marked and tracked through to delivery — for customers in Vietnam and for export to Europe.
